Try Out This Fun Summer Party Recipe

Are you planning on hosting or attending a party this summer? If so, then good food is definitely something that you need to take care of. Want to whip up a delicious dish that will have all your guests asking for more? Then serve up these super fun steak rollups. Steak Frites Bites (aka Steak French-Fry Rollups) Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. flank steak
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. chopped rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ bag frozen French fries
  • steak sauce, for serving (optional)
Directions:
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high and preheat oven to 400 ° F.
  2. Pound steak to ¼-inch thickness. Slice steak against the grain, on the diagonal, into thin strips (about 2-inches long).
  3. Toss steak with olive oil, rosemary, and Dijon. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes and up to 2 hours. Season with salt and pepper to taste when ready to grill.
  4. Meanwhile, bake frozen French fries according to package directions, usually about 25 minutes.
  5. To assemble the steak frites bites, lay out a piece of steak and place a few baked fries on top. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all steak and fries are used up.
  6. Grill until the meat is charred, 2 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  7. Transfer to serving platter and drizzle with steak sauce if desired.
